In case of Eunuch\'s, they are deprived from most of the things and hence its the only way to earn (though most of the people believe that they have the magic power to bring-in good things)
most of the projects / schemes not able to provide shelter / job & thus fail in making a self-dependency
Rejection from society and not helping
Most of the mandir/masjic/minster still provide food but not taking care or having an idea of improving their condition
